The Organization doesn't provide a Hotel booking service for the Meeting. However, you can contact directly the following hotels, which provided a special offer. Book your room directly on the Hotel website, giving your credit card number as guarantee. Eventually, you can send an email directly to the Hotel, together with the access code, if the prices do not correspond. No guarantee is given about room availability, so that a quick reservation is recommended. Do not contact the Secretariat for that. We don't provide a Hotel booking service.
